Drayer tango tree boots

Great boot (arborist slippers)…. Can be worn for spur work but I’d limit it to simple short up and downs. Super soft soles that grip the tree very well, but also wear out very quickly. If I wore boots for the task and only the task I’d still have a pair in the line up.
Instead I have two boots, general do everything and a boot I use if I know I’m going to be on spurs all day.

I like them for climbing - I think I bought them 2 years ago. Have had to glue some rubber back on a couple of times, but otherwise they are wearing OK. They aren't really comfortable to wear on the ground all day, but I think they are good in the tree (I don't spur climb, so no comment there). I put them on right before going up (also keeps them dry when the ground is dew covered in the morning).

I probably liked the old ArbPro boots better, but they don't make that model any more so the Drayer is a good alternative.
