Doug Fir value guesstimate >> burned in fire

A lady I did pruning for like hedges etc., saw me in a store tonight. She said several months ago, neighbor.s fireworks ignited her juniper hedge and trees. Its been years since I tinkered around with tree values and devaluating factors. Here is what she lost.

Douglas fir. Good form. Native. 60' tall and 21" DBH. Plenty of room to grow in the front yard.

Shore pine >> Next to it. About 18" DBH at least if memory serves me right 30' tall.

For some reason I'm thinking the Douglas fir alone must be worth $5000 or $6000. Anyone know what percent species that is for Oregon as a native, and how much per square inch these days?

Seemed to me that "80 feet" sounded high. I can see on satellite it's closer to 50'.

Yellow points to the taller Doug fir, the pine to it's right, and just part of the Juniper hedge to the left. As you see, the main meat of the front yard is gone, and one of the better conifers in the neighborhood.
