Does this Cathedral Live Oak look healthy? Three concerns

I really like the branching on this Cathedral Live Oak. Before I have it installed in my yard I wanted to get more info on a few of my concerns. Please add any information you have.

That’s quite a large tree to buy. Getting online advice in this situation isn’t a good idea.

Hiring a qualified arborist to look at the tree in person would be a better plan

Probably wouldn't my first choice of tree to buy, if you really want it though I agree with @Tom Dunlap that getting a professiona in person opinion would be a good choice.
