Got the tapered pin out but we cannot separate the collar from the shafts. Basically everything is stuck together

Is it ok to put heat on it

Any suggestions are appreciated

Start with PB Blaster soaks. Spray it down a couple times a day for a few days. I’ve had miracles happen with PBB

Are you using some sort of wheel puller?

put up a picture of what you’re working on

The end of the shaft out of the hydraulic motor is threaded. The collar has to stay with the motor. You can put some heat on the far end of the collar but if you get it to hot, you'll be buying another wheel motor. They are a bit over $400. A bearing separator and some bolts may help you push it off as well. As Tom mention, pb blaster is your new best friend.

Thanks for the help guys

Had to cut the collar off the shaft (bandit dealer said that we might have to).

We tried everything and used a cutoff tool as a last resort

There is damage to the feed wheel shaft as well. All because the tiny set screw came loose on the bearing retainer

Pisses me off
