CMI micro pulley

Got this cool little micro pulley from CMI, problem is never learned how to rig it properly. instead of the standard single eye it has two eyes. These are the specs:
The CMI RP141 Double Tie-In Micro Pulley Ideal for arborist rigging where two independent tie-ins are required. Purple Anodized Aluminum sideplates, 1 1/4" Aluminum sheave, Bushing, and Stainless Steel axle.
MBS Rope Capacity Size Weight Efficiency
7000lbs 1/2" 2.75x2.75in 0.2lb

is this to be used in a drt? Looked at cmi website and saw the tool, I am not sure how one would incorporate this. Did you have some idea about what you were going to do with this when you bought it?
