Looking for an experienced climber to add to our team in Longmont CO. Ideally we need a kick ass, no holds barred climber that is experienced in all aspects of tree work. Gee, imagine that. ISA certified preferred, references please. If the fit is right, we will be looking for a foreman to run the crew a few days a week at minimum. I hope to provide a positive work environment with a focus on safety in everything we do while providing the best customer service we can. As we are growing and trying to grow in a healthy manner, may need a couple guys. If any interest, please let me know and we can chat about where you could fit. Doesn't have to be foreman position, solid climber would be a welcome addition. Our chip truck is non CDL though CDL license would be a welcome addition.
Pay is based on experience and responsibilities taken on. Minimum $20 an hour, crew leader $25 and up. Let's talk about specific pay rates, I am open to paying properly and making it worth your while. We do offer some benefits, sick, PTO, Aflec. We do provide appropriate gear and have a wide selection of gear. I am committed to proper pay for the right individual and taking care of you the best I can.

You commit to me and we will commit to taking care of you. We don't advertise other than having a website. Most work is from referrals and I feel if we keep employees motivated and keep customer service at it's peak, the work will follow.
We prune, remove , plant a lot of trees and work with bees in the summer. A few HOA's, planting with the city and lots of private work.
Oh yeah, and do everything with honey bees. Pick up swarms, remove and relocate from houses and trees, honey production.....good learning opportunity for the right person.
