Hey there TGW how the heck did you end up with an advert. at Humber College? Saw it there the other day after classes ended. Rather industrious IMO, if I were 20-24 I'd think BC was appealing...
 
For that advert at Humber, most of the guys wanted to know what the payscale was. It's a long way to go without knowing what to expect financially. Even for an adventurous type!

Nancy over at Arboriculture Canada actually suggested Humber to us.

We pay $18 - $25/hr for a climber plus full benefits. We're the only small company around here that has benefits.

A climber who eventually will run a three man crew will make up to $30/hr with us. We're really growing and right now my Tree Guy can't even keep up with the phone calls. We need someone whom we can leave on the job and trust it gets done while he's bringing in more work.
 
Hey, I can't seem to get in touch with Humber to adjust our ad. I'm curious though and maybe you can give me some insight:

If someone is truly interested then why wouldn't they just phone us to find out what the payscale was?
 
Had Ian for Arbor sci and his wife Juanita for soil sci. Wenda was my climbing tech under Mark Cooke. Wenda's great. She won the Ontario climbing competition again!
