climbers and groundsmen

i was hired by a company to develope a tree division at their Sarasota, Florida branch.
I am looking for quality people to grow with the company.
We have consulting arborist, cert arborists in the field as well as on our sales team. We have the backing of a very well established landscape maintenance company.
If anyone is interested, send me a message with your phone number and a good time to call, and we will set up a meeting.
I am going to fill these positions asap, so if interested, don't wait.
Although this is my first post as vctree, I have been buzzin for quit a while. Great people with great ethics in the tree care business.

I work with 3 guys that worked another FL office for the same co. They left after having their bennies taken away. Also said they were worked like dogs, is the management that much different in each office?

, that bites.

Eric E,
that may have been the case with another branch. there was a time when they thought they should get out of trees entirely. they soon realized what they were loosing.
i have been hired to develope a proffesional tree service out of sarasota. i have been climbing for 18 years. i am going to treat people the way i like to be treared. sorry for there bad experience. things are differant. if interested, i can show you what we are commited to as well as get you in touch with the g.m. in charge of this whole division. he too understands all the wrong they did before. it was a case of mismanagement by someone with a caculater instead of any tree knowledge. i have a backlog that is 2 months deep. we are giving benefits, not taking them away.try me with questions, i am sure i can give you answers.
the way your buddies were treated, i don't have much to say about that other than i would have quit as well.

ValleyCrest Tree Care Services.
The company origanally thought it best to disolve the tree care end of the company. After alot of thought and countless spreadsheets, they realized what kind of market it is. They have recruited managers with the correct background to run the operation. They got away from the bean counters and wanna bees and are encouraging us to run it the way it should be. the money backing it allows us to pay and perform the only way it should be. It is a good opertunity for people that want to work for someone and benefit from it. It is nice to be able to take a new employee and sit down and order them anything they require to do there job safely and effectivly. The long and short of is, it is a very good opportunity. I wish this industry had some more interest from the younger generation than it does. I don't know how you all feel, seems to me that the people that are in the business are either second generation or they have been at it for a while on their own. The age old cliche', it is hard to find good help. Drug free and sober is a whole different subject. If you know anyone, send them my way. There is whole list of benefits from schooling to insurance offered to all the employees. The benefit list is too long to list. Plus, you work for a boss that treats people with the respect he feels is neglected by others. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
