Cheap and easy suspenders

Seems like I've seen a bunch of posts about suspenders, especially for the treeMotion. I use a TM and have definitely found that they sag either when climbing with an 020 or when sitting on spikes with a bigger saw. I made these suspenders for my TM (though they could be used on any saddle with a dorsal attachment) out of a petzl secur, a semi-circle screw link and some accessory cordage. If you wanted to be an even bigger cheapskate you could probably use flat webbing instead of the secur.

What I like about this setup is that the way the secur goes through the screw link allows the shoulder straps to move very easily with movement. I've never felt the straps pinch or constrict even when really reaching for something. Also, because the front and back both attach only to the hipbelt, leg movement does not affect the suspenders.

Anyhow, these have been really helpful for me, hope you all find them useful too.
