Certified arborist/ Climber looking for work.

Hello,

My partner and I are graduating in May 2008, and we want to move and take a few years off before graduate school. Depending on where we find work, we'll decide where to live. We're looking in either, New Jersey, New York State (Near Ithaca), New York City, Seattle, Nashville, New Haven, and Baltimore-D.C. area.

I know I've listed a lot of areas, but we're really not picky about the actual location. We're just looking for a stable home for the next few years.

I'm a CA # MA-4767A, have managed an eight person crew for the last year, and I will have a B.S. in Biochemistry. ...just thought I'd add a little about myself.

Thanks,

Andrew Wagner

Did you apply for the position in Hawaii?

Thanks everyone,

I started to apply for the position in Hawaii, but I think my family would kill me if I moved halfway across the world and into a semi-permanent job. Although, things may change someday. :)

Andrew,
Heartwood in Charlotte, NC is always willing to talk to the right people, it is worth giving a shot if Charlotte would work for you...nice trees to work with.

I just want to get this straight...you are in North Carolina where it doesn't snow and there is plentiful tree work and you want to move to someplace like Ithica,NY where it snows and SUCKS to work in the winter even when there is work available?? Look call that Morice guy above and keep your n*&ts from freezing off. But I must say that anyone reading this thread in the New England area should ignore what I just said and show up for work tommorrow as planned.
