That's so obviously phoney. Did they "dress up" like that just for a TCIA inspection? Did the inspectors see through the smokescreen or did the company earn their accreditation anyway? Kinda takes the weight out of accreditation. Inspections should be done randomly and without notice and if a company truly doesn't measure up then take their accreditation away. No mercy.
