\"Bump\" for Graeme McMahon

It's been too long since we heard from Graeme. If you haven't seen his videos, you've missed out on something BIG!

Hi all,
I haven't disapeared.
No excuses but... Umm... Ahr... I've been flat out!
Some of the removal projects consumed my thoughts and time for weeks on end. That puts me behind and onto the "treadmill". As well as the removals I have been working in the safety space.
Regards

OMG... I come in here to have a peek around and Graeme is here!!!
Graeme was busy working to successful plan some helicopter removals not too long ago that I know took quite a bit of planning. I'm sure we will hear some details about this project once @Graeme McMahon has some time to put some recounts together hhere.I know the logistics, safety plan, team building and such must've been quite a test to ensure success.

Hey Mark,
I was fortunate to work with Mark Calvie from Ace Trees. Considerable planning and prep. 83 lifts with a "Puma" which is a medium lift machine. Good for around 4.5 ton at the end of its fuel cycle. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Mark and his crew. Dedicated and focused. I was Safety Manager for the tree side of the operation and conducted the training and qualification of prospective climbers wishing to work under the machine.

Awesome work Graeme and crew!

That's one thing that is definitely on my bucket list for tree work.
Thanks Chris, managing the increased hazards and risks is where most of the work is. My background and experience in the three areas got the project "off the ground". Some say it is similar to crane work but it is different. Cranes are a good stepping stone.
