I just wanted to give Buckingham some praise for helping me out today. I called the main office today around noon, and was put through to Chris Delavera about a question concerning testing on the Ergovation, which I own. He did not have the test figures handy, so he took down my email and said he would check into it with their engineering department. About an hour later, I had the test figures in my email inbox!!!
Very pleased with the great helpfulness and politeness of the folks over there, I wish all manufacturers and vendors had people of that calibre working for them. A real pleasure to deal with folks like that.
