Brummel question: 90 degree turn

I'm very new to splicing, I've made a few slings, simple stuff. I'm hoping someone more experienced can help with this question. I'm trying to make a Tenex deadeye sling, with locking brummels, that goes around an x-ring, and then ends in a small eye, but the eye needs to be turned 90 degrees. Is this even possible? Here's what it would look like (pictured here without the brummels)

Thanks for any help, really appreciate it.

Maybe do the eye, the first 2 brummels, then the ring followed by the next 2 brummels nice and tight. The 90° turn could possibly be accomplished by holding the eye and ring each in a clamp or something at the desired orientation and then doing a whiplock on the brummels between the eye and ring. Does that make sense? @Brocky probably has a better idea.

I'm intrigued on the application design.
Care to elaborate your mindset behind this? I'm trying to envision it's field use.

This is an idea by a Finnish climber named Uska Maaninka. Found it while researching ways to make a Rig N Wrench. So when Notch steals it, at least our little group here will know who's not getting paid :censored:
But seriously, looking for any excuse to try this thing out today, will post pictures.

The SISU Rig.

Muggs, since you have to thread the line through the ring anyway, a consideration could be to go back to pre-slick pin RW with two 1/2" bollards, adjust them up pretty snug and I think it would be easier on the rigging line. thoughts?
