I'm sure you're well intentioned, but an ice bath has a high probability of causing a medical emergency for me.

I think if I tried to jump into an ice bath like that, it might cause a catastrophe & the demise of our local solar system, because my family jewels would shrink so fast, they'd cause a black hole to form in this part of our galaxy.
