I have the Kask Plasma Hi-vis (not the newer super plasma). I bought it knowing full well that it had problems with foam breaking out. The other day I noticed two small cracks forming and called Kask today. They are mailing out a new helmet, free and clear, should be here in five days!! Don't even have to send the old one in. Very pleased with the customer service and ease of getting a new, proper replacement.
