Best place to store backpack blower

Where do people like to keep their backpack blower? We were storing ours in our chipper chute with a couple of trash cans until it was stolen yesterday. Some thieves broke into our yard overnight. The truck storage doors worked as they should thankfully.

We roll with a bucket truck and a chipper truck and the backpack blower usually goes along with the chipper truck. These are the trucks we have.

Good question I have a small hand held stihl in tool boxes of chip truck and back pack in bucket truck tool box and usually put a backpack in a green barrel in back of chip truck. Barrel protects it from damage. It does cause a problem when trucks full. Worst case it rides shotgun in one of trucks.

We used to store our backpack blowers in the chipper pan but found they bounced around to much and then we found some blower mounts online that have worked very well. Blowers do not get abused from driving and they are much easier to access. They also have the option of putting a lock on the mounting plate so it would be almost impossible to remove without destroying the blower. Here is a picture of one of our buckets and the bracket is mounted right behind the cab.

Chipper chute for us too. Thieves broke into our shed and stole 4 200ts and 4 460s. didn't find our blowback. Man i hate 01 stihls...

Put them in the bucket and raise the bucket at night? Nelson Tree does that I noticed. They run utility lines in our area.
