Benefits package

I am interested in offering my foreman a benefits package on top of the hourly wage he already recieves. What is typical (although I realize it varies)? I am considering 2 weeks paid vacation, paid holidays, medical insurance, and contribution to a retirement fund. He is a great employee and I would like to offer him something that he would feel good about and want stick around for awhile. Any feedback would be appreciated. <font color="black"> </font>

2 Weeks paid, 3weeks after 5 years. Health/eye/ear/dental, at least the major holidays paid, and a 401K would be great. You would be surprised how many good companies don't offer retirement.

You need to make the benefits available to any employee that meets certain requirements.

That is the one thing I love about where I work we have a awesome benefit pack. no other tree comp in this area offers one. It means alot!!!!
