I am interested in offering my foreman a benefits package on top of the hourly wage he already recieves. What is typical (although I realize it varies)? I am considering 2 weeks paid vacation, paid holidays, medical insurance, and contribution to a retirement fund. He is a great employee and I would like to offer him something that he would feel good about and want stick around for awhile.
