The area where the houses are was a field, so some developer bought the land and put the houses there, same old story, if there are any trees there....they'll only be small ones. Believe it or not, those houses are very expensive, shame they all look the same, I wouldn't want to live there, but some people like new houses.

Great vid! nice removal work. Shame though, that the tree had to go in favor of yet another gated enclave, with a bunch of homogenized tract houses that all look the same.

What a stark, sterile view of that development from height.
