Bandit Psi 6.0 174hp ?

Get an 18xp with the ford is my vote
I’m not at all disappointed in ours. Not one major issue knock on wood!
Coming up on 1k hours sound like a clutch job maybe on the horizon. Oversized solid feed tray for machine and hand feeds super easy! Chips like beast. Under cdl territory on the scale.
What do you tow your chipper with, ie chip truck? The weight jump from the 15 to the 18 is my only concern. Otherwise bigger has always been better in my opinion. I have a dodge 5500 which never has a problem pulling my 15 with a full load of chips. It’s just a factor I’m weighing /considering

It tows well with a one ton
I have 2 Isuzu we chip into
They tow it very well

The 18 weighs a minimum of 9500 and more with extra hydraulic options. The 5500 will definitely feel it especially up hills. If you have an automatic I would get a bigger series 6 truck.

It’s the 6 speed manual. I know it can pull it but may feel like allot day to day. Tough call

Great point
I hardly have even rolling hills in most my service area
