Bandit bought out zennith cutter...old news....Anyone else using these guys to resharpen and have a serious problem upon reurn shipment? Weve used them twice and both boxes have barely gotten back to us. I specifically wrote "package well...the last shipment barely got here". Now im faced with an opened package that looks like it was kicked off the truck a dozen times. Packed loosely in a flat rate box and barely any tape. They raised prices and now our property is barely getting back to us. Is it our postal service or are others having this problem? It also seems like the don't dull up the cutting edge like zennith used too.

Thats weird, mine have always come back packed well, knives taped together and Sharp edges taped off too.
