I have a handful of sets of these knives that have been used on both sides. I usually will get a dozen or more sets together then have them sharpened to the same length so that I can adjust my machine one time. The 19 inch bandit that I bought turned out to be a lemon and bandit bought it back for me. So now I have a bunch of knives I don’t need. Make me an offer and I’ll ship them to you.
