Have any of you disassembled this unit, then used locktite to put it back together, pulley included? I am wondering if locktite is needed or not. What do you all think?

I have taken it apart, and you do need to locktite it back. make sure you use the mid (i think 271) grade, the kind that is not permanant... just in case you need to take it apart again.

Mine has been undone and re assembled WITH loc tite.

Use the red....or is it the blue?

Thanks for the feedback. I did put things back together with the blue (242) locktite, but I only used it on the holder screws on the cam and the small holder screw on the pulley..... wondering now if I should assemble ALL screws with it. I saw no evidence of locktite from the previous install.

I also only put the loctite on the holder screws.

Where in the Bay are you from? I'll be there the week of April 16th (Menlo Park & Oakland) and again in mid June for a week.
I used the 242 Loctite on mine and used it on all threaded screws.
