Spray trucks were largely built from the ground up with whatever was available. This truck had a hydraulic lift that was powered by the water in the tank. Turn a handle and the platform when up and turn the handle off and the rig came down. When you ran out of material the rig sputtered for a bit and that was your warning to get the platform back down. Otherwise add more water.Ha!
