You'll find that AW Customer SErvice will work with you. Get hold of them and get things straightened out.

What you're finding out Shaun is what women have dealt with for years. The 'inch' that machinist's use to measure with isn't the same 'inch' that's used in clothing. I'm convinced that the measuring tape that taylor's use is made of elastic...like the one that angler's use ;)

Sorry to hear that, I have had just the opposite experience. Everything I have purchased has been great in both fit and quality, double thick hoodies, ascender pants, canopy pants, belts....but I do believe their jackets are for guys related to T-REX. That being said do call customer service they are helpful.

We had a few of the Arborwear winter hats we purchased had the stitching coming apart.

One call to them had new replacement hats shipped no charge, return shipping label emailed to me to send the other hats back to Arborwear for them to check over the stitching.

Britteny could not have been any more helpful on the phone, all for a couple winter hats!

We have shirts, hats, pants and sweatshirts from them, all take a beating and hold up very well.
