<u>Job description and responsibilities:</u>

The North shore’s leading tree care provider is currently seeking a full time Arborist who will supervise and service operations as the foreman of a tree service crew.

We are an aggressively growing company that provides tree and plant health care for residential and commercial clients. We currently operate three different branches throughout the Eastern Massachusetts and one in New Hampshire. Come join the fastest growing tree care provider in the Northeast.

<u>Minimum Qualifications </u>

A minimum of three years experience with in the tree care industry with field experience. Must have strong speaking and social skills for customer relations. Must posses a CDL class B minimum with Air brake endorsement. Able to operate a bucket truck safely and efficiently. Must posses extensive knowledge of knots for climbing and advanced rigging.

<u>Wage Salary and Benefits description.</u>

Competitive wages based on knowledge and experience.
5% Sales commission

Yeah it is a great co, and our website is curently being updated...slowly but surely. we do a TON of charity work!! We won the award last year for volunteer of the year. We do al sorts of charities from bringing all our equipment to Arborday, Including the 2 60 ton Grove cranes, to helping out non-profits and schools and towns etc etc.

Yes I was the prospect and got cold feet, really it has nothing to do with anything but the weather. They brought me up to Boston, treated me like family, and they believe in safety. They also believe in family first. ( my first returned call was at 5:30 and was asked if they were interrupting dinner or home work time with the kids)
I will put my name on this company and recommend it to anyone who is interested.

I can't say I blame him, Cleveland didn't seem anywhere near as sunny and tropical as I once thought it was after I left Scotty's house.

No it was when it got cold here and no sun for three whole days.

Well, I'm sorry for Boston Bull and the guys up North. You sure do have a great looking company. Very impressive! Great looking equipment, and quality people. Best of luck finding someone. I can't image it will take too long. I'M from up in MA, so I get the bug to come home sometimes. Then my mother calls and says it's 20 degrees and i'm on the beach in shorts down in FL. It gets hard to think about the cold after you have been out of it for awhile. I do have to say my wife and I ARE GLAD TO SEE SCOTTY AND FAMILY WILL BE STAYING IN FL. Look forward to having you stay over for some rec. climbing in 3 weeks bro!
