this is a video of some arborists in training, all in all good work, but some little things (such as block/sling placement when lowering out the wood) seemed really off, in some places there were several feet of freefall before a piece was caught, look at the 4:00 mark. and at the 2:40 minute mark it seems the climber goosed the backcut so when they pilled the piece over it literally popped, not just coming over smoothly.
for performing quality safe work with a while spread of good equipment, its such small details that has me puzzled that they are allowed to go on in that project.
