Does anyone know who makes this harness?

Has anyone climbed with it?

It's a Singing Rock Timber Harness, old version. Made in the Czech Republic. Haven't tried one, but I would like to!

Does SR have a decent reputation?

It looks like the webbing bridge on 'mine' could be changed to rope as easily as any other harness.

I believe REI carries some of their rock climbing harnesses. They are better known for their rock/wall climbing harnesses.

These saddles are suppose to be great. Two of our climbers has this same saddle we ordered at the trade show in Baltimore. According to them the saddle is comfortable but some times if u turn the wrong way it gets ahold of your boys and ooouch and also you know how most saddles cradle you when you are leaning back? This one dont. If you are going to get it for a paticular date order it as soon as posslble it takes awhile to get cause it is hand made they do not mass produce them. If there is any thing else I can help you with, with this saddle please let me know. I believe skyloteck makes them and I think you can get them custom made.

I was at Fresco this morning and they had that Singing Rock saddle(new style) hanging on the wall. Looked nice.

I love the timber I use it every day no complaints good and solid a bit on the heavy side but all around good I like the leg loops as I am used to the rock climbing side of things… one thing I did notice was that it’s sizing is way off I have a 32in waste and the med is a little snug another feture I love is the singing rocks, rock lock buckle system quick to get in and out of…

Oh also check out the Locker on SR web site i use it for a flip line adjuster works great!
