Anyone Else Sick?

OMGosh! I woke up at 4am with a sour stomache. I did the typical routine before barfing. You know the drill: I started toquestion everything I had eaten yesterday... I realized that for the past 3 days I've really compromised on my diet.

It only gets worse. I was blowing chunks out both ends!

I had the trash can in front of me while I was on the pot! WTFrog?! I did this off & on until 8:30am. (No work today).

Now, many hours later my joints ache and my spine hurts bad.

I'm typing this from my G1 phone while my sorry butt is laying down.

The ironic thing is this: Last night I had some chocolate cake. As I was eating it I thought to myself, "Man. My stomach is handling a lot of stuff lately. I must be immune!"

I've got a fever as well. But, man o' man, my lower back is really in pain. I'm hoping some yogurt will help settle my stomach to be able to take a pain killer. It is too much...
 
I'm starting to feel a little better. My pain isn't as bad. I took some EPA-DHA (Fish Oil) and it reduced the pain. I've got some Ibuprofin on stand by if it is too much....
 
Nothing like a bout of truly miserable mortality to make you appreciate everyday, average aches and pains, that's what I like to think when something like this strikes. Also I like to think that I am commiserating with everyone who has ever lived..and other thoughts, since lying there, and thinking, and hopefully sleeping eventually, is all I can do. I hope it passes quickly for you. You'll have to work at rehydrating as soon as you can choke some liquids down, but if your body is rejecting all fluids and food, let it purge itself of everything.
TMI In One Day is a great title for a thread...actually, how about a thread titled TMI For A Day, and everyone just could go off at random on any topic of choice? That would be pretty interesting! And think how distracting it would be to read while you were sick...!
 
Thanks y'all! I'm feeling better now. I wanted to work yesterday, but couldn't trust my stomach. I didn't want to be climbing and suddenly shard my undies.

That would ruin my day. I'm going to get out today. Not to difficult of a work load... We'll see.

But, proper nutrition and hydration have been a help.

I took EPA-DHA (fish oil) as an anti-inflammatory and it worked well with reducing my back pain and aches.

BTW. I learned that brown rice water is excellent in curing diarrhea. And eating the brown rice helps create solid stool. --Gosh, I feel like a really old person talking about my bowel movements.
