We have been using the Sena SMH 10s for about 2 weeks now and the only issue was one headset wouldnt turn on. Easily resolved with a 6 second paperclip through the provided hole to do a factory reset. Honestly, don't know how we've managed without them. Super nice! I can be up a super tall tree with traffic going by and speak to my grounds person with regular voice, while they are down the block at the truck! Id give 3 thumbs up if I had that many.
