'07-'08 ish a large Municipality up here had a parks employee get a broken arm from the falling branch via 'power pruner' use. Forestry staff had a training module, parks staff didnt. MoL had a problem with that......Forestry Trainer had to deliver the module to the Parks staff as part of the MoL Order.
