Anvil help

I just had my chipper knives sharpened on my woodchuck wc17, but can seem to find what the spacing should be, not how to do it. This machine is new to us( got it in April) and don't want to just start chipping even though I think it may be fine. I'd rather have it right. Need it for Saturday.

Bandit and morbark are around 1/8''. Can't imagine it would be much different across manufacturers.

There might be a feeler gauge, as with the Bandit 250 I used, IIRC.

Manual and dealer are the best bets for a spec.

We set all anvils the same, about the thickness of a credit card. The tighter that clearance is, the better it will perform.

Anvils need periodic maintenance, too.
