Another silver maple

Another nasty silver maple, 65', topped circa 1995. Sorry no pics of the full tree , forgot the camera the other day. Just use your imagination.

Sweet thing is the owner has to clean up the mess!!!

Currently renting this lift for a month, got a great deal. Going to buy one, just want to check out a few different models first.

Curious as to why you saved the lead over the house for last? Traditionally Id do that one first, but never last.

he probably couldn't get to it in the lift until the others were down.

Positioning options of the lift and limited landing area, this seemed to be the best way. Every thing went smoooooth!

Christopher. Is that a JLG trailer lift? I've rented one a few times. They are helpful.

Good eye, Yes it is a T500J, and I really like the self propelled feature, at 4,800 lbs. it doesn't tear up a yard bad, can get through a 6' opening, the only thing I dislike is the small hard rubber front tire,( we build a plywood highway) other than that this unit may be the one.

What did you think of the performance?

I've never used a self-propelled unit. The rental guys say there is no need for it...

So, I move it around with my Boxer.

As far as performance goes, it's great. The telescopic action allows for reaching in places a bucket cannot go. The basket is great for multiple rope bags, multiple chainsaws, blocks, slings, water bottle, etc...
