I hope this never happens...this is why my dad is an NRA member....I need to become a member as well so this stuff doesn't happen. If they try doing this in the US you can bet some not so good things will happen

Somewhere along the road, we are going to have to take our country back. It's getting to be like a constant kick in the balls. "We the People" are going to have to unite and put a stop to this stuff. I'm not talking any craziness with violence, but more along the lines of pushing for political reform, ie. term limits for congress and senate, limited or no corporate campaign contributions, and things of this nature that makes politicians be held accountable. The sad fact is that money rules all. I would like to think that the American people could stand together to make a difference. Sorry if I de-railed, but man this kind of stuff is getting old.

Acording to Snopes.com, the arms treat being a legal way around the 2nd amendment is false.

That being said, I do agree we need to take our country back.

From what I have read it is not for the commoner or against the second amendment but if you want an AK or SKS or any foreign made gas operated weapon you better get it now.
The other thing it brings to mind is such things as the patriot act. Put in place to fight terrorism but it becomes precedent setting and abused.
