Another Day At The Office...

[ QUOTE ]
I had to use two climbing lines in this one.

Looks like a good job...the 2 climb lines were for safe positioning, I assume?

Nice Pictures, try to think of the hassle a job like that would be without the GRCS. Wish I woulda had one when I was out rigging trees dailey. Best rigging tool short of a crane I've ever used. I get to go work with Greg G this week developing a Hydraulic GRCS for the mini's. Can't wait to get out of my indoor office.

Thanks for the comments, tnttree & Mark. Yes, I couldnt even imagine doing this job without the GRCS. I know there is other ways, but those days are no more.

Hi, RogerM

We, work mostly in Frankfort/Georegtown...and every now again in Lexington. I see you are out of Louisville, is this your most worked area?

...I did spend quite a bit of time in Lexington 3 winters ago...was that an Ice storm or what?!
Louisville mainly, A few horse farms out towards your way sometimes.(Shelbyville; Versailles)
When you got the GRCS did it come with some video?
You have no Idea how much I wan't to pitch that purchase to my current employer. you probably do :)

Aaahhhh, yes. The Ice Storm! All we could do for the first week are so, was to get all the tree's off peoples houses and cars, etc. Then we went back to clean up... fun fun. We still get trim job's to this day from then. Yes. the grcs came with a dvd.. I have yet to see, but that will change this week. Me & my employer have talked and wished about this tool for some time now. This most recent job that I have posted was the one that did it. I used to work for Brook's Tree & Crane service there in Louisville about 14 or so years ago. Do you know of this company?
