You have a “low” reading on one of the inputs on the controller, meaning that most likely there is a bad connection/loose wire/broken connection somewhere in the wiring between the controller and a sensor. I do not know which sensor, as that code does not mean a lot to me, but the “low” tells me that you have a missing or very poor signal coming in on one of the pins.
I would suggest calling Controls Incorporated directly to see what they can tell you, they should be able to at least tell you where to start looking for the problem. If they don’t get back to you, keep calling every couple days, or even every day. I’ve done that with success a few times with techs that just don’t bother to return calls.
