I have a student throught the ACRT Job Corp program working as an intern and is going to be seeking a job in the real world this November.
He has solid climbing skills, has attended ArborMaster Training and is keenly interested in learning (and applying) new things in the trade.

I am scheduled to take the CTW exam at TCI, have 4 years of ground experience and have been getting real world climbing experience in my internship.
