We currently only utilize a very small spot on our "tracking reports" to report property damage. We would like to create an "Incident Investigation Report" to bring more awareness and accountability to customer and company property damage, and injuries. I have a few ideas and can't wait to share what I come up with, but I sure would appreciate any ideas or examples y'all have. Many thanks in advance!
