A Kask full of figs

There are some fig trees on campus and they're full of fruit. The birds and squirrels are nibbling on them...grrrr!

Before I left work on Friday I picked a few figs so that I could share them over the weekend. The only container I had was my Kask.

Mmmm...the figs are tasty!

Those are much bigger than the ones I see around here. I Love those things and they're good for you too.

Hey Tom,
I've got a fig tree in the yard and the squirrels get the fruit before I do every time. They eat them before they are ripe which sucks for me. I'm thinking about building a cage around the tree to keep them away.

I got a few small ones yesterday before the winged and furry rats got 'em. Next year I'm going to see if I can make a pin cushion of bamboo and drape netting over the top.

Darn tootin' I like Fig Newtons!
