Last week, 28-year-old Travis Medland was cutting trees on a private property when a branch fell. Huntsville OPP responded and Medland was airlifted to a Toronto hospital. Medlund's spine sustained major damage and as a result he will no longer have use of his legs.

On December 7th, a silent auction is being held at Utterson Community Hall from 12:00pm to 3:00pm and again 7:00pm to midnight. Entry is made by donation with all proceeds going directly towards Travis and his family.

Sad incident for sure Kevin, Dave on here aka pelorus lives not to far from him and posted about his accident last week. Hopefully they raise a good amount for him.
