Crane is a effer 370 with 6 extentions on main boom and 4 extentions on jib (the last one is a manual pullout giving you 97' of vertical reach. 1500 hrs on boom pto. I was going to mount a 13' dump box on the rear.

Nice looking machine. How long does set up time take on average (from arrival at the job site, to using it at full extension at 97')? I'm curious whether or not set up time and operation speed are compatible with bringing it out for small jobs, when we're not even dealing with big wood--lifting out small stuff out of backyards and setting climbers in trees.

Nish i seen you edited your last question. Like others have said in the past, when i show up to bid a job the 1st thing to cross my mind is how to utilize the crane in the job. It sometimes eliminates the mini altogether. In some circumstances you may not have an entrance for your grinder, bucket truck, spider lift or mini skid. That's when i can't be thankful enough knowing we can lift it over the fence or home without having to cut everything to unreasonable sizes just to drag stuff out. I got very fast setting up after a week or so just a little longer than my bucket which only has 2 out riggers

The set up time sounds great. How about the movement of the boom and the jib. I looked around for some video on this but couldn't find any. I'm wondering if it's achingly slow to extend, retract, and swing the arm around. I apologize for my novice questions here, but I appreciate the help.

Movement is faster than you want, especially with a load. I've been running it in turtle mode since i always seem i want it slower not faster..

I don't have the truck currently , its down at tiffin's. Well that's what I had in my phone. I believe it's 92 feet vertical without the manual pull out
