After hundreds of successful shots the funny thing is the elastic benefit actually helps get stuck bags out but strumming the throwline. I pull soft and release fast and it almost jumps out. Yes if you insist on trying to pull back a setting thru a tight fork you can stick anything. And yes if you stretch is tight it can come loose violently. Best practices say drop it to the ground and remove your throw weight whenever possible. That tubing is going to get stuck. Neat idea though. Should be easy enough to make.
Dan sent me one years ago to experiment and what I found
when pulling it through bits to isolate your target/tie in points it will sling shot through and past the tip.
If you try retrieving it back to your throw zone it can sling shot back to you almost as hard as you have pulled it.Rubber is grippy and
malleable so though it worked a fair bit better with an RK just not enough to make it part of my throw system. to bad really cause almost anything would be better than a BigShot.
It is a real accurate shot when you are, without question 100% more accurate than the BigShot.
I would guess sherril would threaten with lawyers if you used it like a bigshot-tube mounted to pole.
Dan House thanks for your contributions, ropesleeves awesome
, sidewinder wicked awesome!

Dan is on TreeBuzz.com
I sent him a note
He's made another shooter with the tubing attached to the pole. There's a hook on the end on the end of the tubing
Clever and simple idea definitely worth tinkering with....gonna have to fire up the lathe and turn some hardwood dowels.
Tubing attached to the pole instead of the bag seems like the way to go.
Hey Thomas, re. lawyers, here is the missing link you didn' know you were missing...

I like the simplicity of this device.
