2nd 12 strand tenex splice

Very new to splicing I’ve made 2 ultra slings I dead eye I gave to a buddy and a couple little splices on smaller ropes just for practice. So don’t be to hard on me I’m getting there. Just looking for insight if I could have done better and where and why?

That's the prescribed termination for the pocket sling, but I am switching to splicing an eye on the end to use it with a block if desired.
