A overhauled 2005 Brush Bandit 254 with grapple.


840 hours on original machine. 115 hours on rebuild. 180 HP Diesel Cat Tier 3 ”No emission system”. 11,000-12,500 lbs.



New, AutoFeed, air filter assembly, discharge chute, and larger upgraded feed wheel motors “They did not get painted so they look old, but we have receipts”. New Cat 180hp tier 3 engine. New hydraulic and fuel pump. New brakes and brake wiring. New trailer electric cord. Rebuilt grapple, and new and/or rebuilt hydraulics cylinders. Hydraulics tuned to factory settings.



It’s an awesome machine and is ready to take on 15+ years of abuse. If someone is wanting to step up from a 12 inch chipper or is wanting to start up another crew, this is the chipper for you.



Its being sold because it’s still to small of a chipper for the company I work for.



Grapple chipper are not very common and definitely not at this price range and condition.
