    Tipco has been fine for me, and good communications in the past. Never any issues with them. I would continue with calling them directly by phone, and understand your frustration especially buying in-season. I buy Diehard products DIRECT btw, no drop shipping or multi-touch. Good luck Brando...

    Treeaddict, As a PHC Specialist, in your situation I would suggest the Potassium Phosphite drenches 2x per season in the meantime....Don't just do nothing. Here is a Link you may find useful with Info how you can apply/method/proper rate per D.B.H, without a Pesticide license yourself...
