TIPCO??

I ordered some diehard over memorial Day from Tipco (tree injection products company). I know they're a legit company, but so far I've not gotten any correspondence. No order confirmation, no calls or emails back (reached out daily now). I have fert to do so I just ordered from someone else. I'm still out $450 though. Anyone had experience with these guys? I understand things happen but this doesn't make sense.

Tipco has been fine for me, and good communications in the past. Never any issues with them.

I would continue with calling them directly by phone, and understand your frustration especially buying in-season.

I buy Diehard products DIRECT btw, no drop shipping or multi-touch.

I just ordered some inj. product from them, and it arrived 5 days later as usual.
