What do you guys do? Switch from the grapple attachment to a bucket attachment on the loader? Shovel them into a bucket and load them into the truck? BMG scoops? Back a truck to the grindings and shovel into the truck?
What is the most efficient way to do it and why?
Does anyone on here have a new Bandit 19xp? Or 19xpc? Not sure of the difference between the two. We are leaning towards the gas motor to avoid complications with DEF.
We are building another truck. Just finished building the 16ft dump for our 2016 Freightliner M2. Plan on making it a dedicated chip truck was planning on going 84"(7ft) tall box. But still have more road clearance height if we wanted to go taller. How tall is your chip box?

We outfitted all our groundies last season with the Rockman hard hats from treestuff and nearly all of them are falling part. The suspension adjustment knobs, come apart, skip and no longer adjust. Would like something that will hold up but is also affordable. We have 25 hard hats to purchase...
closed up the outriggers when finishing a job today. Some how the internal plastic hose track came apart inside the outrigger. Has anyone ever had this happen?
We have acquired another cab and chasis and are going with aluminum for the chip body build. Our new Terex 770 is filling our current chip trucks too fast. Has anyone purchased from these guys http://m.tlctrkandequip.net/List/Truck/ForSale/4942611
We normally do all our welding in house however...
Looking for contract climbers to assist our crews in production. We have contract climbing and full time climbing positions available. Message me to discuss
Saw these posted on another board and this guy swears by it. Says no climber needed. My thoughts are that it can't be good for the crane. Lots of shock loading and side loading the boom as each piece is cut it flips unless you take a small pick. What do you guys think?
