    High voltage line or ground wire ?

    I have two lines coming up the driveway pretty sure top is the power(high voltage) that leads into the transformer. Bottom is likely ground that is going to yellow pole and into the ground . I should have trimmed these down with pole saw last season but got too busy . now there's a couple...
