Manual for WC 612 Also an electrical question

Hi all, I'm new here. Found this forum while looking up info on my WC 612. I'd like to get a manual for it, if I can. But, in the mean time, I went to use it for the first time this year. Started up like it always does but died after a few seconds. Initially thought it acted like it was fuel...
