Guessing it's hoopla as everybodys cousin brother is a tree man landscaper has a chainsaw and will split the insurance money with you. But I'm a Midwesterner and have never worked a hurricane. I'm sure there's plenty of money to be made but I'd never make the trip
I think size of company is important too, I worked as a "lead climber" for a larger company with 6 crews and 4 backyard lifts, my work consisted of shaping crab apples, training new crew leaders and making up for poor bidding.
Well thanks man! I love high end pruning. I'll ask the boss but he's a real pain, probably just tell me to work harder. (The boss is me for the majority of my pruning work) I've made the switch to self employment and a lot of contract climbing.
Only thing better than a good blower is 4 good blowers. I work with a company that essentially doesn't rake, 4 blowers working together cleans up fast.
